Function of Stopper
1. Control the steel flow from tundish to mold.
2.In conjunction with a slide gate as an shut off device and to prevent slag vortexing at low tundish level.
3.To introduce argon into the pouring channel to prevent build up of clogging materials.

1.900°C and heating-up time:20mins.
2.900-1150°C and heating-up time:20mins.
1150°C ,2.5h holding temperature and then start pouring.
